Fabletics

Hey everyone – wanted to tell you about an awesome deal I discovered a few weeks back, that, tried and true, is really cool and totally worth $25 if you are in the market for some nice gym clothes.

Fabletics is an online subscription for women’s gymwear and accessories. It was founded by Kate Hudson a couple of years ago, but has recently taken off considerably in terms of popularity.

Here’s how it works:

First, you take a quick lifestyle quiz – it asks you about your preferences, what kind of exercise you do most often, and where you do it. After this, Fabletics shows you some outfits you’d be interested in. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I was interested in each and every single one of them – they’re trendy, cute, and perfect for all body types. I indicated that I mostly exercised in a gym setting (some light weights, spin classes, yoga, etc.) and all of my options were so fun! Bright colors, comfy shirts, some great sports bras, headbands, etc.

At this point, you can opt to choose their VIP membership program. What this means is that each month, Fabletics sends you their latest deals and outfit combos – these start around $50 (which, for me, is a little expensive for a gym outfit that I can get at Target for half the price). Each month, you have the option (and you have until the 5th of the month) to skip this month – you can skip as many months as you want, so long as you remember! You can also cancel your VIP Membership at any time by calling their member services team. With the VIP Membership, your first Fabletics outfit is only $25. $25!

I was so excited about $25 for such fun outfits that I was hooked. Within days, Fabletics sent me a great simple black absorbent tank, really cute black and pink leggings, and a matching headband – for the couple of weeks I’ve owned these products, they have been staples in my gym outfit regimen! They are awesome quality, certainly won’t fall apart, and very flattering – highly recommended! Take a look at this month’s offerings here:

That being said, I can’t recommend checking them out, and at least paying the $25 for an adorable outfit – and if you aren’t feeling it – just skip or cancel! I haven’t bought another outfit since, but I look every month and I am still a VIP member just in case I fall in love with another outfit or feel like I deserve something nice in the future.

Enjoy!

My Latest Crush: The Clymb®

If you haven’t checked it out yet, you need to run, not walk [no pun intended], to http://www.theclymb.com and sign up. I often find that when I sign up for ‘discount retail sites’, I end up buying things unnecessarily. Not so much the case here.

The Clymb® offres 50-75% off of retail prices on the best outdoor gear, apparel, and even trips around the globe, w/ free membership.

We have a fairly active family between extracurricular sports as well as my husband’s and I’s regular gym regimens. I’ve bought a ton from this site – big names at low prices. From $20 girl’s swimsuits from Roxy, to $15 New Balance gym shoes, to a $35 hiking backpack, to $20 gym wear, it’s been win after win with this website in my household.

As if the prices aren’t low enough, they often send out brief additional sales – that’s how I nabbed those New Balance’s for such an insane price – they were an additional 50% off the already discounted price!

I’d give it a go – I don’t buy things from it regularly, but whenever I need something, they always have it at the absolute best price.
